Chocolate bar

BauRong manufactures chocky bars – also called chocolate bars in the field – together with wear buttons and custom wear liners for mining, quarrying and earthmoving equipment. These cast-and-forged wear elements protect the high-abrasion zones of buckets, loader lips, crusher housings, chutes and hoppers where material impact is constant.
Applications
Chocky bars are welded onto worn surfaces to rebuild bucket lips and edges, protect crusher feed openings, and armour dragline and excavator components. Wear buttons serve the same role on irregular surfaces. Because they install by standard weld-on procedure, downtime is measured in hours, not days.
Manufacturing Highlights

Wear-resistant alloy castings and forged blanks matched to each application.
Optional tungsten carbide composite inserts for extreme abrasion zones.
Consistent metallurgy from vacuum heat treatment – predictable wear life in every batch.
Standard sizes ex-stock; custom lengths, profiles and hole patterns on request.
