Can you put our logo on the products and packaging?

Yes, we offer full private labeling services including laser engraving, stamping, or printing your logo on products. We can also design and produce custom packaging with your branding.

Do you sign non-disclosure agreements (NDA)?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) with 30% deposit and 70% before shipment. For established clients, we also offer O/A (Open Account) terms. Letter of Credit (L/C) is accepted for large orders.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer sea freight (FCL and LCL), air freight, and express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS). Sea freight is recommended for bulk orders, while air freight and express are available for urgent or sample shipments.

How long does shipping take?


Sea freight to major ports: Europe 25-35 days, North America West Coast 15-20 days, East Coast 25-30 days, Australia 15-20 days, Southeast Asia 7-15 days. Air freight: 5-10 days. Express: 3-7 days.

Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?


Yes, we encourage clients to evaluate samples first. Sample delivery time is typically 5-7 days for standard products. Sample costs can be refunded upon bulk order confirmation.

What is your quality guarantee?


All products come with a 6-month quality warranty covering manufacturing defects. We also offer 100% replacement for any quality issues verified upon delivery.

Do you provide material certificates?


Yes, we provide material certificates, hardness test reports, and inspection reports upon request. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV) can also be arranged at the client's expense.
